Parmesan Cheese
At Fattoria Marchesini we produce Parmigiano Reggiano following ancient procedures, guaranteeing quality specifications and using exclusively milk from our stable.

Parmigiano Reggiano is a totally natural product, without any addition of preservatives, and after long maturation it becomes lactose free.

Thanks to the different maturations, from 12 to 110 months, it can be enjoyed in any way and at any time; grated or flaked, both in cooking and as a snack.
Cured meat
We offer typical Emilian cured meats handcrafted with authenticity and matured in the hills as tradition dictates.

Parma ham DOP - Raw shoulder - Culatello with rind - Fiocchetto - Coppa di Parma - Felino salami - Raw bacon - Cooked bacon – Spalla Cotta - Loin - Throat - Mortadella.

From October to March seasonal products: Cotechino - Zampone - Prete - Vescovo - Mariola - Cicciolata – Ciccioli.
Balsamic vinegar and balsamic condiments
Excellence of the Emilia Romagna Region,balsamic vinegar can be combined with any dish to enhance its taste.

It is a precious and exclusive product obtained after a very long aging in barrels, even up to 25 years.

Lobster Sticker > Aged 12 years

Silver Sticker > Aged 18 years

Gold Sticker > Aged 25 years
Wines
We recommend wines that accompany all our traditional dishes, from appetizers to desserts, remaining within the borders of our Emilia Romagna.

Esteemed local wineries offer sparkling wines and still wines, for all tastes and palates as Lambrusco , Malvasia, Passiti, Sangiovese, Gutturnio, Pinot Noir.

You will also be able to taste many maturations of our Parmigiano Reggiano, the backbone of our company: pairing it with the right glass that will make you appreciate our wonderful region even more.
Mustards
For years Luccini Company has been offering a guarantee product. Boiled meats, cotechino, our Parmigiano Reggiano and many other dishes have combined these mustards which enhance the taste to make it even more exciting.
Jams
In the breakfast room of our accommodations it is a must to wake up to the scent of homemade cakes and the indispensable ingredient for an excellent tart is plum jam.

One of the most famous local products is found a few kilometers from us, and is called Prugna Zucchella di Lentignone.
Honey
Our honey is made by Fattoria Marchesini, that's right; the bees produce the Miele Del Borgo right here, from our centenary meadows and wildflowers, where all the work of these little friends is born.
Pasta
Made as it was once done, artisanal product according to the ancient recipe with characteristics of lightness and digestibility and with that porous texture capable of capturing and enhancing every preparation.

Precisely for this reason in our Cascina we recommend the Filotea Parmigiano Reggiano union.
Sauces
Sauces cannot be left out from Saturday evening dinner or Sunday lunch, they cheer up our cured meats and accompany our second courses.

Like mustards, Luccini sauces are also fundamental for all our dishes.
